Appearance

1. Size and Shape: Iran zahidi dates are medium to large in size with a plump, oblong shape.

3. Texture: The exterior is slightly wrinkled but smooth, while the interior is soft and chewy with a firm bite.

Storage Instructions

1. Room Temperature: Store in an airtight container at room temperature (20-25°C) for up to 2 months. Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
2. Refrigeration: To extend freshness, refrigerate in an airtight container (0-5°C) for up to 6 months. Ensure dates are sealed to prevent moisture absorption.
3. Freezing: For long-term storage, freeze dates in an airtight, freezer-safe bag or container (-18°C or lower). They can be stored for up to a year. Thaw them at room temperature before consuming.
